KRONPLATZ - PLAN DE CORONES
The Kronplatz - Plan de Corone gets its name from the central peak similar to a crown, in German "Krone"
This peak overlooks the Ladin valleys with their characteristic towns.
The Kronplatz became famous for its huge ski area in and around these valleys, which are connected by lifts to each other.
In fact, you can start skiing in Val Badia and reach Val Pusteria by lifts in a wink.
During the last years, due to a strong improvement of the summer activities, the Kronplatz became more popular year after year also by tourists, who love to have a holiday in the mountains practicing a large variety of summer sports.
Another virtue of the Kronplatz is the closeness to the city of Brunico with all its amenities, reachable in 20 minutes by car or public transport.
